This contract is entered into between AeroSoft Corp and _____________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) on the ___ day of ___________, 200__.

*      Aviation Catalogue:
Ø  AeroSoft Corp will provide client with their template/website (url link as per client's specification).
*      Online Web Promotion:
Ø  AeroSoft Corp will provide Client with Aviation Search Engine Optimization Services (hereinafter referred to as “Aviation SEO”) as described in this contract. AeroSoft Corp will use specific keywords and/or phrases (Provided by Client or else mutually decided) to improve the search engine ranking of, and/or position the contents of the Client's website.

*      AeroSoft Corp 's SEO services are intended to serve three main purposes:
Ø  to provide aviation catalogue.
Ø  to provide the Client with increased exposure in search engines for their catalogue.
Ø  to drive targeted online traffic to the site.

*      AeroSoft Corp 's SEO Services will include (but are not limited to):
Ø  Researching keywords and phrases to select appropriate, relevant search terms.
Ø  Obtaining “back links” from other related websites and directories in order to generate link popularity and traffic.
Ø  Editing and/or optimization of text for various html tags, meta data, page titles, and page text as necessary.
Ø  Analysis and recommendations on optimal website structure, navigation, code, etc. for best SEO purposes.
Ø  Recommend, as required, additional web pages or content for the purpose of “catching” keyword/phrase searches.
Ø  Create traffic and ranking reports for client’s site and any associated pages showing rankings in the major search engines.

*      For the purposes of receiving professional SEO services, Client agrees to provide the following:
Ø  Administrative access to the website for analysis of content and structure.
Ø  Permission to make changes for the purpose of optimization, and to communicate directly with any third parties, e.g., your web designer, if necessary.
Ø  Unlimited access to existing website traffic statistics for analysis and tracking purposes.
Ø  Authorization to use client pictures, logos, trademarks, web site images, pamphlets, content, etc., for any use as deemed necessary by AeroSoft Corpfor search engine optimization purposes.
Ø  If Client’s site is lacking in textual content, Client will provide additional text content in electronic format for the purpose of creating additional or richer web pages. AeroSoft Corpcan create site content at additional cost to the Client. If Client is interested in purchasing content from (Company name), please contact AeroSoft Corpfor a cost estimate. 

*      Client must acknowledge the following with respect to SEO services:
Ø  All fees are non-refundable.
Ø  All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.
Ø  AeroSoft Corp has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. The Client’s website may be excluded from any directory or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
Ø  Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms, and other competitive factors, AeroSoft Corp does not guarantee #1 positions or consistent top 10 positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term. However, if AeroSoft Corp fails to provide expected result after 6 to 8 weeks, AeroSoft Corp will continue SEO services at no added cost to the Client until the goal is met.
Ø  Google has been known to hinder the rankings of new websites (or pages) until they have proven their viability to exist for more than “x” amount of time. This is referred to as the “Google Sandbox.” AeroSoft Corp assumes no liability for ranking/traffic/indexing issues related to Google Sandbox penalties.
Ø  Occasionally, search engines will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Often, the listing will reappear without any additional SEO.  Should a listing be dropped during the SEO campaign and does not reappear within 30 days of campaign completion, AeroSoft Corp will re-optimize the website/page based on the current policies of the search engine in question.
Ø  Some search directories offer expedited listing services for a fee. If the Client wishes to engage in said expedited listing services (e.g., paid directories), the Client is responsible for all paid for inclusion or expedited service fees. AeroSoft Corp can offer a list of expedited listing services upon request.
Ø  Linking to “bad neighbourhoods” or getting links from “link farms” can seriously damage all SEO efforts. AeroSoft Corp does not assume liability for the Client’s choice to link to or obtain a link from any particular website without prior consultation.

*      AeroSoft Corp is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Client’s website.
*      Additional Services not listed herein (such as managing pay-per click campaigns, copywriting, link baiting, etc.) will be provided for a fee of $XX-$XXX per hour.
*      The Client guarantees any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to AeroSoft Corp for inclusion on the website above are owned by the Client, or that the Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend AeroSoft Corp and its subcontractors from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.
*      AeroSoft Corp is not responsible for the Client overwriting SEO work to the Client’s site. (e.g., Client/webmaster uploading over work already provided/optimized). The Client will be charged an additional fee for re-constructing content, based on the hourly rate of $XX per hour. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, (Company name’s) obligation to provide free SEO services shall cease in the event the Client’s conduct overwrites the SEO services provided. For example, if the client’s webmaster uploads content without consulting (Company name), then (Company name’s) obligation to provide SEO services for free shall terminate.
*      Venue and Dispute Resolution:
All dispute arising between parties shall be subject to Indore (India) Jurisdiction enacted by the IT Law, of Govt. of India

AIRBUS 300 & BOEING 737


AIRBUS 300:

The Airbus A300 is a short to medium range, wide-body family of aircraft manufactured by Airbus Industrie between 1972 and the present.

The A300 was the first twin-engined widebody airliner in the world. It inspired Boeing twins such as Boeing 767 and 777 and paved the way for ETOPS flights.

After the launch, sales of the A300 were weak for some years, with most orders going to airlines that had an obligation to order the locally-made product - notably Air France and Lufthansa. At one stage, Airbus had 16 "whitetail" A300s - completed but unsold aircraft sitting on the tarmac.


In 1977 giant US carrier Eastern Airlines leased four A300s as an in-service trial, and then ordered 23 of the type. From then on, the A300 family sold well, eventually reaching the current total of 843 on order or delivered. It is unlikely that many more will be sold: the A300 is reaching the end of its market life and is now mainly sold as a dedicated freighter. The current version is the A300-600R and is rated for 180-min ETOPS. The A300 has enjoyed renewed interest in the secondhand market for conversion to freighters.

Models:
  • A300B1 Only two were built: the first prototype and a second aircraft which was later sold for airline   service. It has accommodation for 259 passengers with a maximum weight of 132,000 kg and two General Electric CF6-50A engines of 220 kN thrust.
  • A300B2 The first production version. Powered by CF6 or Pratt & Whitney JT9D engines of between 227 and 236kn thrust, it entered service with Air France in May 1974.
  • A300B4 The major production version of the early years was similar to the B2 but with weight increased to 157 tonnes. Production of the B2 and B4 totaled 248.
  • A310 Introduced a shorter fuselage, a new, higher aspect ratio wing, smaller tail and two crew operation. It is available in standard -200 and the extended range -300 with 9,600km range in both passenger and full cargo versions. It is also available as a military tanker/transport serving the Luftwaffe. Sales to date total 260.
  • A300-600 The current version is the same length as the B2 and B4 but has increased space because it uses the A310 rear fuselage and tail. It has higher power CF6-80 or Pratt & Whitney PW4000 engines and entered service in 1988. It is available in both passenger and freight versions, and forms the basis of the Airbus Beluga. 330 A300-600s have been sold.


BOEING 737:

ATP Certificate (OR) COMMERCIAL Certificate with an instrument rating. Note: If you wish to upgrade to the ATP rating, bring the FAA ATP written exam to class. No extra charge for the ATP rating.


The course is designed for the student who meets the Type Rating/Flying experience set forth in FAA FAR PART 142 REGULATIONS and wishes to add the Boeing 737 Type Rating to his/her pilot certificate by completing the course in an FAA approved level ("C" or higher) simulator. The course length is 11 to 12 days. Normally classes start each Monday. We can offer a flex schedule for the students who have difficulty with work related schedules.

Course Includes:
  • Boeing 737 Operations and Systems manuals with colored cockpit panels
  • 120 hours ground (80 hours home study following our outline study guide)
  • 2 FTD periods
  • 7 simulator periods
  • FAA simulator rating ride

Most airlines that use or plan to use the Boeing 737 offer flight simulator training as part of internal training programs. Qualified pilots can receive the training from their employer or apply for a job with an airline that uses the 737. No airline appears to offer simulator training to non-employees.
